"Great place to stay. Aracely and Wilbert are very kind and devoted to make your stay as perfect as possible. Only negative point is that the location given on the site is not the real one. The owner will only give it to you after you book and after you ask for it. Taxi had trouble finding."

"The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”."
