"Everything was great. There are many stairs to the room, but staff carried our bags up 5 flights (and down at the end of our stay) so the stairs didn’t bother us. The room was bigger than I’d expected, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Location was also excellent with easy walking access to everything and transit nearby. I would stay here again anytime. There was a bowl of apples in the lobby too, which made a great snack to grab on the way out the door."

"It’s immediately clear why this is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding, staff are friendly and genuinely keen to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is next level, I haven’t slept that soundly for a long time. Then there is all the lovely extras; quality toiletries, fresh drinks in the mini bar, pillow menu, all the snacks you could want and an outstanding free walking tour (which reveals the secret in the hotels basement!). The icing on the cake (literally) was discovering it was my partners birthday and surprising us with a cake it breakfast! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, this is what real hospitality looks like and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lisbojn. "

The location is excellent, close to the bus station, the main square and backs right on to the Time Out Market. Most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the vibe and don’t want the old new to change too much - because it’s just cool, but please update the wares!!!! And check in girl was super not lovely. But the staff was exceptional. They gave me recommendations for where to eat, places to avoid, even drawing out the whole map. They were so courteous and friendly, definitely would stay again with this or an affiliate property. "
