The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Would 100% stay here again if in Mishima. Walking distance to the station as well as many restaurants.

It is not new hotel but it is very clean and Japanese breakfast is very nice. About 20min walk from Mishima station.

Very cheap, unattractive hotel.

Very uncomfortable beds, bad breakfast and overall not a very attractive hotel. Staff were nice and it was cheap and well located but those were only good things.

Great staff, traditional Japanese breakfast

Staff was great however the aged property shows. Our bathroom had missing paint and scratches in the shower stall. Maybe other rooms were freshly painted. Very dark brown bedding and brownish red window coverings with low lighting made the accommodations a bit gloomy. They helped us call for taxis to the Sky Walk early in the morning. Pleased to deal with the hotel staff. Still uses traditional metal keys and dead bolts.

We accidentally booked a smoking room and it smelled a lot so we had to keep the window open. Staff was friendly and helpful! They offered free supplies (toothbrush, shaver, creams…).

The hotel in general is very old. The room we had very dark lighting and the moment we stepped in, there was a certain stench that had us open the window immediately. The space was also cramped. I don't recommend looking under spaces in the bathroom (note we did not search it, it was just naturally in our peripheral) , you'll will be grossed out.

客室は汚いんじゃなく古いだけなので、清潔でした。ここは毎日シーツ交換してくれるみたいです。部屋の清掃のため入って良いか聞かれました。切り替えは出来ませんでしたが、ヒーターはすぐ暑いくらいになりました

部屋の床が汚く沈んでいて傾斜があった。枕が固く高いので低い枕を頼んだが、在庫がないと言われた。床から洗面所への段差が30cmくらいあり危なかった。

値段が手頃で良かったんですが、客層が悪い。入口付近・駐車場で何人も煙草を吸っているのを見た。私も煙草吸うが、それをすると嫌煙家がうるさいんです。車内で吸ってから出て来いよ！
