"The hotel room with double queen bed is small. The bathroom is super small."

"This was a business trip, the manager who booked the trip was sick and could not make it. The lady working at the front desk would NOT let us check in without the manager (who is in a different state) physically being there. After he called in and tried to convince her, she would not. She lied to us. They said they would give us a refund but to this day there was never a refund. We ended up getting a different hotel. The woman said she was the manager. Not sure if I believe that or not. But...

"These photos are deceptive! Nowhere does it say that this is a MOTEL as there are no photos of the outside of the rooms!!! Our room was full of ants which crawled on our faces all night. Our door needed excessive force to be opened, locked, and unlocked, which is a fire hazard. The room was covered in stains and was so humid everything in the room was damp. We tried to call the front desk to tell them about the ants and the door, but our phone was also broken! When I drove to the front desk they...
