Sea Edge Beachside Hotel

"Got a room upstairs & the view was lovely. Bed was very comfortable & the location was convenient. Common area had fun games & a nice coffee/hot chocolate machine & outdoor space was nice...wild bunnies came out to eat grass at sunset & got pretty close! However, the sauna on property is advertised everywhere as an included amenity; however, it costs money to use. The hotel gives a 'discount' but it was still $30/person for an hour which was absurd! Many other hotels on the island have their saunas included for guests, so we were very disappointed by this. Also found an enormous (~6 inch) house spider in our bathroom!"

"I was really impressed with the landscape pf the property. Had an opportunity to enjoy the pool and spa and enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio. The parking is absolutely fantastic and adjacent to a couple dining options."

"Great units fully equipped. Spacious. Wonderful helpful staff. Units on the ocean have an amazing view of the ocean, tidal flats. Sandy beach. Lots of wildlife. Units further back are in a beautiful pine and cedar forest. Great amenities including large indoor pool and larger hot tub, bar and restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, games room and quiet room."

"What a great place! We were 2 couples and it worked well for us. Karen and Merv were fantastic. We discovered that The propane bottle on the grill was empty when we arrived, but Merv was there within 5 minutes with a new full one. Recommend to anyone contemplating a stay in Parksville."

"We loved our stay at Creekside. The unit was perfect for the two of us and the unit had everything we could possibly need, Kim was super helpful and was excellent at communicating. We found the location to be a great jumping off point to be able to explore the area including Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum, Coombs, Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park, and Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. We didn’t get a chance to take in the properties many amenities, but did take a tour on our last day. The pickleball courts seem to be very popular, and the pools and hot tubs looked great. The trails around the property are well maintained and easy to get around. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area."
