An amazing hotel in Hirschegg/Mittelberg

This was an amazing stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel! Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful and spacious, the facilities are great, staff members are so welcoming and helpful, the area and views from the balcony were breathtaking and the food is delicious. At night there was a piano player which was joyful.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!

Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category.

Besides the Spa personelle which was super friendly and forthcoming the rest of the personelle had no clue, whether it was about the surrounding area like how to get ski tickets and how to move around the different towns etc. nor about hotel details. Additionally, they charge you a day spa ticket extra if you want to use the spa at your check out day.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön, das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr großzügig. Leider etwas hellhörig, vorallem wenn Kinder im Flur toben. Das Essen war gut allerdings gab es melst nicht die volle Auswahl und die Tische konnte man auch nicht wirklich frei wählen, obwohl es so gesagt worden ist. Da würde ich mir wünschen, dass man sowas gar nicht erst erwähnt. Dann hätte man auch keine Erwartungen. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Teilweise aber auch sehr kurz gebunden und nicht wirklich auf den Gast eingegangen leider.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Hotel ist in allen Bereichen sehr sauber und bietet ein schönes Ambiente. Sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Spa-Bereich ist traumhaft schön. Was uns allerdings sehr gestört hat, waren manche Erwachsenen, die einfach in den Pool reinspringen. Die Kinder, die im Pool schreiten und tobten wie in einem Erlebnisbad. Aus Sicht der Kinder nachzuvollziehen, aber in einem Wellnessbereich einfach nicht angebracht. Als Eltern müsste man auch auf seine Kinder aufpassen. Vielleicht hätte man dann eher ein Adult- Hotel aussuchen müssen. Trotz allem ein großes Lob.

Wir waren echt enttäuscht, kein 5 Sterne Haus. Der Service war stehts bemüht. Wir hatten die ersten 3 Tage immer wieder Reklamation, riesen Loch im Bettbezug, ich sage nur 5 Sterne Hotel! Sogar nach einer Beschwerde das man mir doch bitte das Bett neu beziehen soll wurde nicht nachgekommen. Erst nach ausdrückliche bitte sofort das Bettbezug zu wechseln hat es eigentlich geklappt. Dann wurden Handtücher vergessen, Spender für die Körpercrem war leer, es war immer etwas anderes. Im Restaurant stellte man mir meinen Teller mit der Speise nicht auf meinem Platz, nein um nicht rumkommen zu müssen drückte man mir den Teller einfach in die Hand, Wir haben Urlauber in einem 5 Sterne Hotel gebucht, wo man sich erholen soll und sich gut aufgehoben fühlen sollte, dass war leider hier nicht der Fall.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Blick über das Kleinwalsertal. Große geräumige Zimmer, großes Bad, bequemes Bett. Die Zimmermöbel sind sicherlich schon ein paar Jahre alt, trotzdem in einem guten Zustand. Andere negative Kritiken kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Die große Frühstücksauswahl gibt’s bis 11 Uhr im gemütlichen Speisesaal. Auch das Abendsessen bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Highlight ist natürlich der große Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf den Widderstein und das Tal, dazu das Spa mit mehreren Saunen und einem zusätzlichen Indoor-Pool Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Sauberkeit: Alles in Allem sehr sauber. An ein paar Stellen könnte besser geputzt werden aber bei der Menge an Zimmern eine gute Leistung. Von Silberfischen aus vorherigen Bewertungen und starke Verschmutzung war keine Spur (hatten ein DZ Superior im 2. Stock) Personal & Service: Es gab einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor allem im Restaurant. Einige andere waren nicht ganz so sympathisch aber immer höflich und niemals unfreundlich. Sehr positiv möchte ich an dieser Stelle noch Sascha vom Spa-Bereich erwähnen. Die Massage bei ihm war super und er weiß wie es geht und hilft gezielt bei Verspannungen und Co. Zustand: Hier gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Alles auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Der Spa-Bereich ist super aber man sollte beachten, dass die Liegemöglichkeiten am Durchgang liegen und es somit etwas lauter werden könnte wenn viel los ist. Ansonsten große Auswahl an Saunen und Pools und schicke Einrichtung. Das Parkhaus kostet 13€ am Tag. Sollte meiner Meinung nach umsonst sein. Die Zimmer sind gut gedämmt und man hört kaum Umgebungsgeräusche bei geschlossener Türe und Fenstern. Die Betten sind etwas härter (für mich persönlich perfekt) und die Kissen sind eventuell dem ein oder anderen etwas zu hoch, vor allem bei Bauch- oder Rückenschläfern. Umgebung: Tolle Lage. Viele Bahnen mit dem Auto in 5-25 Min erreichbar.

Top-Hotel mit erstklassiger Verpflegung

Wir waren eine Woche im Ifen – Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich mit Außenschwimmbad überragend. Und als Krönung die Küche, die sich auf Sternenniveau bewegt. Alles in allem: fünf Sterne!

Wir waren in den letzten Jahren schon sehr oft in diesem Wellnesshotel und sind auch dieses Mal wieder sehr glücklich und zufrieden gewesen. Das Hotel, der Wellnessbereich, der große Poolbereich und auch die gesamte Umgebung lassen sofort Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Es war gut, aber längst nicht so gut wie ich von A-rosa in Kitzbühel kenne. Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber (Fenster nicht ganz geputzt, z.B.). Man merkt, dass das Personal insgesamt nicht ganz geschult ist.

Guter Spa und tolle Kulinarik

Das Hotel verfügt über eine tolle Kulinarik und qualitativ hochstehende Produkte. Der Spa Bereich ist gross und der Ruheraum mit der Saunawelt biete Platz für erholsame Stunden. Der Beschrieb Executive Room entspricht nicht so ganz dem Beschrieb des Hotels "Doppelzimmer". Das Zimmer war dementsprechend nicht mittelmässig ausgestattet: sehr kleiner TV, bei dem man vom Bett aus nach unten schauen musste, enorm schlechte Kissen (kaum gefüttert), was nicht zu einem guten Schlaf geführt hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, einige konnten nur Englisch sprachen und hatten wohl keine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Restauration.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Ifen Arosa hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt . Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Besonders begeistert war ich vom Wellnessbereich – eine perfekte Möglichkeit, zu entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge und bietet schöne Ausblicke. Ich komme gerne wieder!
