    Our new condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun.

Back-dropped by the majestic Wingate Sandstone cliffs to the south, vistas of the towering La Sal Mountains to the East, the rolling Navajo Sandstone slickrock to the north, and bustling downtown Moab just 5 miles away to the northwest, this condo is the place for all different types of vacationers.

    Getting Around:
    The condo is situated right off Highway 191 and is 10 minutes away from Arches National Park, 35 miles away from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, and near countless other attractions.

Nice Oasis in the Desert

We had a great time at Haley & Tyler property. They were very communitive and helpful when we needed it. The location was on the edge of Moab and made it easy to fish at Kens Lake and catch trout. We were so busy we never got to the pool, but the complex is well kept up and the facility is beautiful.

It was okay

Location was good, close to National Parks, easy access to highway, grocery shopping was just a few minutes away. Views from balcony were awesome. Property layout was good and worked well for our family of five. Having in unit laundry was plus. Host was very responsive when the bathtub didn’t want to drain. While not the host’s fault, the pool was not open during our stay. There was supposedly a broken part. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Only after reaching out to the host did we learn the pool wasn’t going to be open. Wish we had known before arrival. While the description of the property states a fully stocked kitchen, there was some things I consider pretty basic that were missing, ice cream scoop, baking sheet, measuring spoon for coffee, little things like that. It seemed like some dishes and silverware had gone missing over time and hadn’t been replaced. If we didn’t run the dishwasher after every single meal, we didn’t have enough dishes for the next meal. While the property was clean, the furnishings felt tired. Several bath towels were damaged, the bed in the primary room was lumpy, pillows on the chairs had seams torn open. Bedding felt worn and didn’t fit quite right, bed in primary bedroom was kind of lumpy. At the end of the day it was a place to stay and served its purpose but compared to all the other VRBOs we have stayed in over the years, this one was just okay. It felt like a rental.

Good space that just needs a little attention.

The space was great and the access to a pool was wonderful. The grill was not clean and almost caused a fire when we attempted to use it. The door lock was finnicky and the pool lock didnt work; other guests had to let us in. The balcony screen door was difficult to use. However, the apartment had a lot of space and eas in a good location.

Place was great for visiting Arches and Canyonlands but, the walls were really thin and we were right on the highway so a bit loud. Other than that, Tyler was incredibly responsive and a great host. Any issues we had, he responded immediately.

We arrived at this accommodation quite late, around 11 p.m., and had some difficulty finding the correct building, since it was dark and there were no visible house numbers or proper lighting around the area. Luckily, our friends were already there and came out to meet us, which made things much easier. Overall, we liked the place. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I do want to mention that the beds are quite old-style, I believe they have a mesh/spring base. The mattresses on top are decent, but the base still sags, so if two people sleep on the same bed, you tend to roll toward the middle. In the large room, there is a big mattress with a more comfortable sleeping setup, which was better. The pools and jacuzzi were clean and located very close to the apartment, which was very convenient. The hosts responded quickly and were easy to communicate with, so overall we were satisfied with the stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, but the grill was in very poor condition — it was extremely dirty and quite damaged, almost bent and worn out. Because of this, we changed our plans and decided not to use it. This is also a very convenient location. From here, you can easily visit Arches National Park, as well as another nearby canyon park, Canyonlands National Park. I highly recommend going to Arches early in the morning to avoid the heat, especially in summer, as it gets very hot during the day.
