The views from this private house are amazing! Close to town, yet up on a hillside you will enjoy awesome views of the La Sal Mountains, the red rock cliffs and the nightly twinkling lights in the valley below. With three bedroom and 2 bath, this comfortable home is the perfect retreat for six people or fewer. It features an intimate setting at the top of Overlook Road - Spectacular Views of Moab Valley from covered deck, covered patios, and over-sized windows in bedrooms. Beautiful cherry hardwood floors - Large Windows Open living/dining/kitchen area – One King room, Two Queen Rooms – one with a master bathroom, and single hide-a-way – Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove top (no oven), Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crock pot, blender and Toaster Oven - Wi-Fi Internet Access – Bike Storage - Two Private Patio/Decks with Gas Barbecue. Available Off-Season as a Monthly Rental - 1.5 Miles from Center of Town. Hiking trails nearby! Small one bedroom apartment located on property above garage area (owner maintenance area). House and apartment both have separate driveways and separate private patio and decks. (There are NO shared areas)

The house has a great view of the La Sals as well as the valley of Moab. Well maintained, well equipped, but no oven. Plenty of hot water and temp controls for different areas of the house. The kitchen chairs need to be replaced with something that are easier to move around and that don't destroy the walls and drapes behind them. Very quiet neighborhood and very convenient to town and surrounding parks.

Good location, above city lights so all stars were visible and minimal road noise. Beds were very comfortable. The two outdoor patios were great so we could either be in the sun or shade any time. We highly recommend this 3 bedroom if you want space or not.

The house was perfect location for everything we had planned to do in Moab! The house has a beautiful view that makes it all the more worth while. The one bedroom has the most amazing views right from your bed! Any questions I had leading up to our trip and during our trip we're answered promptly. If we ever make it to Moab again, I hope we will be able to stay here again.

The location on the edge of Moab and the views from the covered patio overlooking the valley were great. In the evening we sat outside to read. The unit itself is compact and is split-level with a couple of tight corners and a interior stairs. While dated, it's neat with a few charming touches. We discovered one of the keys that was left did not open the front door. It was good that we followed instructions to always leave a key in the coded lockbox outside, or we would have been locked out. No issues with wi-fi. We did not cook but did make coffee and used the micorwave and toaster without issue.

Home away from home

We rented both apartments in this 2 story home for 3 incredible nights. Part of the family stayed on first floor wirh 3 bed and 2 bath. Hubby and I stayed on second floor one bedroom with wrap around porch. I cannot say enough great things about this jome away from! 2 separate driveways, wonderful vistas of Moab and La Sal Mountains. We had bird's eye view of 4th of July fireworks from our porch! Less than 5 minute drive to anything you want, and an easy 10 minutes to Arches! Would come back here in a heartbeat.

High recommendation

Loved all the outdoor seating space! You could hear traffic down on the highway but it was not overly distracting and the road to the home was very quiet. We spent the majority of our time on the patios, while at the property. Indoor seating was a bit cramped for 4 adults but we didn't go to Moab to sit in a living room and watch tv! We likely used the kitchen more than an average visitors. The description online is accurate (there is no oven or garbage disposal). We had what we needed to prepare our meals. Appreciated the small things like some basics (coffee filters, salt and pepper, utensils, condiments, baggies for leftovers, etc.)

Located on the outskirts of Moab, this place was perfect! We visited Canyonlands and Arches National Parks while there. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and a nice patio to relax on in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

We loved it!

What a beautiful view and excellent location for enjoying Moab and Arches! It was quiet and peaceful with easy access to all of the amazing activities in the area. The space was clean with a lovely patio area to enjoy while eating meals. Highly recommend.

Moab Family Trip

This was a wonderful property for our 3 couple and 1 child family trip. It was spacious, clean, in a wonderful location just out of town, and offered beautiful views. We really enjoyed the outdoor patios.

Great place for active vacation in Moab!

We had a phenomenal time and really appreciated this location. It was well equipped and clean. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of the lack of dishwasher. Amazing views and nice bike storage. Communications were easy with owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

Moab Bike Retreat

3 buddies and I met in Moab for a bucket list mountain bike trip and vacation. Sunnie's VRBO on Overlook worked great for the 4 of us. Although there are only 3 bedrooms one my buddies took the couch and was very comfortable. The views from this home were awesome and it was close to all that Moab has to offer. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Moab in the future.

Amazing views, quiet, comfortable, truly a gem

Amazing views out of every window. Two comfortable porches that expand the living area. A well-stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable beds with top of the line linens, plush towels, strong wifi, close to so much but apart from crowds. Thoughtful touches not always present in other rentals: plenty of basic supplies, ice in the freezer, essential spices. It felt like home. What a terrific host spices. And terrific communication.
