The Space:

Welcome to Red Cliffs unit 6i! Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos are in a prime location! You're close to Moab shops, restaurants, hiking trails and so much more. You can be at the mountains is 25 minutes or Arches National Park in 15 minutes.

Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. What's even better? A pool and hot tub have been added to complex! After a long day of hiking, you'll want to take a refreshing dip before going to your Moab home for the night Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.



Red Cliffs 6i is on the third floor and located right by the complex pool and hot tub. You'll love the fun décor, spacious rooms, and overall comfy atmosphere. This unit comes fully equipped with an awesome kitchen where you can cook for your entire family. Your outdoor balcony has a propane BBQ grill and seating so you can enjoy the Moab sunsets.



Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to host you in this pet friendly property! There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team after you are charged your reservation total.



Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. MPM will not be responsible for pricing issues on 3rd party websites and in the case of any discrepancies, rates generated from MPM's website will take precedence. Please view MPM's rental agreement for all details.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. Please reference correspondence from us within Airbnb for provided self-check-in details (i.e. rental address, door code, wifi, etc.). These details are forwarded by us just after reserving.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.

You can call us if you have any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.
