A simple clean hotel with a good family atmosphere

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little tight, and the service can be a little slow in the lobby at busy times, but I would recommend the place without hesitation. It has a fantastic family atmosphere, too.

Arrivé dans la chambre et se rendre compte que les toilettes non pas été nettoyer avec présence de trace d’urine sur la lunette des toilettes. La vaisselle du restaurant est dans un état épouvantable. Impossible d’avoir un verre propre et je ne vous parle pas de l’état des assiettes. Du coup avec cela l’interrogation nous hante sur l’état d’hygiène de la cuisine.

très bel établissement en hauteur par rapport à la station proche donc pratique mais assez éloigné donc calme . juste une remarque au directeur très aimable au demeurant (vu deux fois durant le séjour) , pourriez vous équiper l'accueil d'une chaise haute pour le personnel , ils m'ont fait de la peine debout . les animations sont récréatives et bien menées (notamment celle de la wii qui a beaucoup plut à mon fils) . j'y retournerai sur et certain.

Séjour pour le 31 décembre en amoureux vraiment parfait. Nous avons pu le All in exclusif au dernier moment, personnel très agréable. La nourriture est juste parfaite que ce soit pour la soirée du réveillon ou le petit déjeuner. La chambre est super, avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes.

Nous ne restions qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel très agréable mais je serais bien resté plus longtemps. Très beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Albergo nuovo, organizzazione da migliorare

Hotel abbastanza nuovo che permette servizio all incluse a tariffa conveniente per la zona. Impianti sciistici a poche continaia di mt con prezzi di skipass e noleggio bassi per la zona (anche rispetto alle stazioni italiane). Albergo popolato di famiglie. Cittadina tranquilla e raccolta facilmente raggiungibile. Molto migliorabili i servizi, che potrei riassumere: - Buon servizio reception, ma nessuno parlare Italiano nonostante sia li dietro i molti. - Pessima l'animazione, dovrebbe solo cambiare mestiere, non fa per lui! Non conosce neanche l'inglese, zero l'italiano. - Barista cortese, ma servizio bar molto limitato, nom sanno cosa vuol dire fare un aperitivo decente! Il tutto si limita a birra alla spina che ti auto servi, un distributore self di bevande gassate (coca, ecc..), una scelta limitata di bevande calde - Ristorante limitato negli orari, in particolare chiude presto, con scelta limitata e tutto servito al buffet che spesso si ripete nelle scelte, il cenone di capodanno è stato deludente con un solo piatto servito a tavola. - Sauna e piscina disponibili ma a prenotazione, nel complesso accettazione, ma non vi è neanche una sedia per sedersi o rilassarsi - Pulizia in camera che si limita a rifare i letti, mai più rimpiazzato il set the ho utilizzato all'arrivo, quindi non capisco perché lo mettono in camera! la moquette per terra non era molto pulita, letti comodi ma singola nonostante fossimo una coppia, camera stretta,
