Nice hotel on the outskirts of town

Lovely modern hotel on the outskirts of town with large and spotlessly clean room which is well insulated, bathroom has big walk in shower and car park is directly in front of the room which is handy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and one night we ate in the restaurant where they serve huge portions of delicious food. Special mention must go to the staff who are very pleasant.

Fabulous Hotel, Great Location.

We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home.

Great Place To Stay.

Our second stay in 6 weeks on our road trip to and from the U.K. Lovely hotel and perfect for our dog. The barman made me a delicious Asperol Spritz. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Another fine trip to Modena

This is not our first stay. We stayed 40 ago at the old Fini at the old city. The restaurant is excellent and well priced. I look forward for my next stay in the area

Well structured renovated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurant that is frequented by locals and always full. Close to the main roads with parking (at peak times can be complicated). Problems: Internet is really bad and the 5G doesn’t work in the rooms. I particularly struggled with that, since had some work to do. We cannot control the temperature un the room (which was very hot even though it was end of Autumn ). Keep in mund the hotel is in a rural area and in November they prepare the soil for planting… we couldn’t leave the window open because of the pungent smell. Still is a good option if you check before if they fixed those problems. Good value for money

A perfect stay, definetely stay again!

We arrived very late at night, around 3 a.m. but it was very easy to complete check-in and wow, our room was huge, comfortable & perfect! Besides, free car park was awesome...in the morning, unfortunately we missed that fantastic breakfast (that is the point I'd like to be improved 'cause 9.30 am is the latest hour to have breakfast and it is way too early).

Great location for taking day trips to Modena, car museums, Bologna entrance to Autistrada right there. Hotel very clean asked to switch rooms for one in the annex bldg was bigger room and much quieter as the main bldg is on a busy highway. Hotel has a restaurant which is not bad, Free breakfast ok. The wi-fi was very weak couldn’t stream anything on my ipad but maybe they fixed it.

Skip hotel but have a real good dinner here

Srry but for more then 200$ a night, this is very bad. This is not a 4 star, max 3! Simple room, very bad bed, matras is so hard you can better sleep on rooms are in other buildings the main. I would suggest to have dinner here and take other hotel. Dinner is amazing, really good.

Excellent hotel

I stayed here twice while on a solo 5,000 kms motorcycle tour of Europe. By the time I got here, I'd completed about 1600kms in 2 days, and needed rest. For the first time on the trip, I got a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, large, quiet with excellent bathroom facilities. My only complaint is that there's no main light in the room, it's all lamps in corners which means when you're trying to unpack at night, or pack early in the morning you literally can't see inside your bags without resorting to the torch/flashlight on your phone.

Ideal for a night stop neat to the motorway

The hotel is ideally situated near to the motorway exit Modena South. The hotel has sufficient free parking space. The rooms are modern furnished, are of good size, clean and internet was working without flaw. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and fairly priced. The menu offers a wide selection of wines at competitive prices. The tables were nicely dressed and the waiters attentive and forthcoming in their service. Unfortunately the breakfast service was disorganised, tables were not cleared and guests left waiting for too much time. Most of the breakfast items are prepacked and/or of low supermarket quality. There was different kind of pastries and cakes available.

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary. Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly
