The hotel at the time of my stay was coming near the end of a major refurbishment but would still work going on, I think the hotel handled this very well with regards to its customers, ideally situated in the city and a lovely stay

Hotel under Construction - expect noise

the hotel was under construction works and I was never told in advance. Had I known, I would not have gone. I chose this hotel as it had a gym, yet the gym was closed. Also woke up to construction noises. I left one night earlier as I was not comfortable.

Comfy, nice, good location.

Comfortable. Nice. The gym could do with a few more equipment. Like dumbbells and weights. Pilates ball. These are cheap to get second hand. The park behind the hotel is very nice. And I was able to borrow umbrella in the reception which saved the day.

Room was not ready at our check-in so we had to wait until 3:30 pm and they could have invited us to a cup of coffee but this didn’t happen The receptionist could not speak German fluently In the room there were a few malfunctioning items: towels holder hanging, one window didn’t close properly and the coffee maker

Sauberes und komfortables Hotel, an einem sehr schönen Park gelegen (ruhig, trotz Innenstadtlage). Der Zimmerwunsch wurde vom sehr zuvorkommenden Personal erfüllt. Gutes Frühstück, Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Frisch renoviertes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, somit sind die Zimmer wieder auf Top Niveau. Es braucht noch etwas Zeit bis der Geruch der neuen Möbel und Teppiche verschwinden wird. Etwas nervig sind die Baustellen um das Hotel herum aktuell, die Strassen und Bürgersteige sind aufgerissen, man kann zu Fuss kaum zum Hotel gelangen, aber das wird sich mit der Zeit auch wieder erledigen. Nach wie vor ist das Top Frühstück mit der riesigen Auswahl an Birchermüsli, frischen Früchten etc. zu erwähnen, das ist das beste Frühstück dort weit und breit ! Werde sicherlich wiederkommen

Alles war in Ordnung, das Zimmer war sauber und neu eingerichtet, das gesamte hotel scheint kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein bzw umgebaut worden. Interieur war schön, hell und alles sehr sauber... es gibt im Aussenbereich noch bauarbeiten, was etwas hinderlich ist, den hotelparkplatz zu erreichen.aber alles im Rahmen und gut! Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, das war bei sehr warmen, schwülem Wetter unangenehm und leider warm im zimmer...Sehr positiv anzumerken sei noch, das wir ein tolles Zimmerupgrade bei Ankunft erhalten haben. Vielen dank dafür!
