In one of the few areas with private beachfront apartments, this property enjoys a prime location: a 2-minute walk from the sand, with no hills or steps—rare in Puerto Rico. The building's lift is right outside the apartment door. The terrace offers direct sea views, and the complex has a shared pool and garden.



The apartment has two bedrooms: a main suite with a full bathroom and hydromassage shower, and a private single bedroom with a wardrobe. There is air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and bedroom, plus a fan. The open-plan kitchen and living area includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and everything you need to prepare meals. A washing machine, iron and beach towels are also provided. The cosy living room has a dining area and is ideal for enjoying a film. Wi-Fi, a workspace and a quiet residential setting make it ideal for remote working. One small pet (maximum 3 kg) is welcome but is not allowed in the complex's communal areas.



You can arrive by car, bus (the stop is very close) or taxi. With everything nearby, you will hardly need a hire car, so taking a taxi on arrival is the most convenient option. If you would like to explore the island's interior or visit the capital, a car hire office just 30 metres away offers rentals for an extra fee.
