Clean, comfortable friendly hotel

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bright and clean reception area and corridors. Pool and surrounding areas cleaned every day. Breakfast choice was a little sparse.

Checking in was quick and efficient and my room modern and airy. I was walking with a stick following an injury so happy that room was on first floor even though seaview not the best. Pool area was lovely and the lady on the pool bar was really nice. Went out at night so didnt experience hotel entertainment. The breakfast could have been more extensive in terms of selection but overall would revisit this hotel

Friendly helpful staff

Clean and tidy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable large beds with a good sized balcony. Unfortunately breakfast was a bit of a let down, little choice with only plums as fruit on our second morning, didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. Hotel appears to be a distance from bars and restaurants, but it is only a short walk and also is on a good bus route.

An ideal hotel for a family holiday and pet friendly,but be warned, the charge for per dog is excessive 32€ per dog for 1st night plus €7 per following nights. On the edge of town so helps if you have a car though local bus is available

Was only one night but would really be good for a family holiday. No comfortable chairs to sit on in either room or balcony but overall satisfied. A bit further Along the sea front than we thought so had to use car to go out.

New hotel, or just renovated......thats the good part......the agua park, should givebit away....this is a Super Intensive Kids place....tons of kids running around aged 0 to 10-13......i your an Adult...STAY away!

Experiencia hotel playa Mojácar

Tuve problemas con la realización del pago y me dieron facilidades. Atentos a la hora de ubicarte en las mesas en las comidas. Tenían varias tronas. El salón de comidas era grande. Había pocas butacas en la piscina o la gente las reservaba, a pesar de que en el alojamiento decían que no se podía. El todo incluido es un poco coñazo porque existen dos tipos, el básico y el premium y eso al explicarlo en recepción dió origen a confusión, y hasta el último día no nos enteramos. Espectáculos en la noche amenos y divertidos. Lo que menos me gustó fue que en las comidas no reponían todo, y al final si ibas una hora antes del cierre acababas comiendo sobras, comida fría y en mal estado.

El hotel me ha parecido estupendo. De hecho, posiblemente volvamos en el futuro porque nos ha gustado mucho Mojácar y los alrededores. Lo único negativo sería el desayuno. Un café de máquina, bastante malo y pocas opciones para un desayuno saludable, zumo de naranja de don Simón, etc. si vienes con vehículo, creo que la mejor opcion es solo alojamiento y buscar desayunos por la zona. Hay muchas opciones. Por lo demás, el hotel es absolutamente nuevo.
