The apartment is located in an enclosed residence surrounded by exotic gardens fully secured by camera surveillance, with 3 seasonal swimming pools: large outdoor swimming pool, children's pool with lifeguard from 15/06 to 15/09 and a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi from 15/09 to 15 / 06. A personal parking space in the closed garage and parking space just in front of the door are provided. Modern fitted kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer and induction hob. Both the living room and the 2 large bedrooms give access to the spacious furnished terrace.
