"I reserved this location because it’s close to the main city center. The area was quite busy, since the port is just across the street, but it’s very convenient if you’re planning to take ferries to the nearby small towns. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and convenient, a great stay overall."

"Luigi our host was fabulous. He was so helpful. Helped us try and arrange private transport and then arranged a taxi for us late at night to leave in the morning that arrived on time and he negotiated a set price for us also. Couldn’t be more thankful. Apartment was beautiful, newly renovated, balcony to sit on and enjoy the sites of Napoli. "Excellent location. Close to the metro with sea views. The fridge in your room an microwave in the common area was great. Only draw back was the building is from 1760 so no elevator. But the atairs helped work off all the calories you eat in naples. "

Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. It’s located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property there’s a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice. "

"Napoli great view is very close and convenient to the ferry port for ongoing transport to the Amalfi coast. A short 10 min walk has you in the heart of the royal palace, Spanish quarter or the old town. Location is excellent. Barbara was a wonderful host, a wealth of information and helped book us an airport taxi at a set price. The room was lovely, modern and clean with new bathroom that includes a bidet. "The location of Hotel Matilde is about as good as you can get as a tourist in Naples. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was about as good as you can get without having someone cook to order. There was one guest complaining excessively about the star rating, but it sounded like a whole lot of nit pickiness to me. There are some high end hotels around, but if you want super fancy, stay on the Amalfi coast and have fun...
