Helped us try and arrange private transport and then arranged a taxi for us late at night to leave in the morning that arrived on time and he negotiated a set price for us also. Couldn’t be more thankful. Apartment was beautiful, newly renovated, balcony to sit on and enjoy the sites of Napoli. "The property is very new and very clean. It’s just as pictured. Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. It’s located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property there’s a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice. "

"The facilities are very modern and well-maintained. The decoration is nice. The refrigerator contains bottled water for free. A coffee machine, coffee sugar, cups, and even a can opener for your beer are provided. The room has fine finishes, air conditioning with heating, and a huge water heater. "The best place to stay in Naples, very clean and newly renovated rooms, very near to Metro and Port, they had all the facilities in the room, air conditioner was cool, Alex helped us to checkin the hotel, very nice communication, he is so friendly, when we checked out we missed a ferry in Capri and Alex kept our luggage very safe till we came back, he treated us so well. From the hotel Amalfi coast Capri ports are so close.I would definitely 100% recommend this place if u are staying in Naples."

"Residenza Borbonica is a great Bed and Breakfast in Naples. The room and bathroom were impecable. Breakfast is nice and with plenty of options and delicious baked sweets. "Can’t recommend this place highly enough, great location and whilst staff not on site, respond swiftly to queries on the WhtsApp number. Located near the Spanish quarter and Castello Nuovo, it’s a great place to explore from. Breakfast in the form of croissants is provided but there are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat local to it. Definitely recommended by us!"

"The location of Hotel Matilde is about as good as you can get as a tourist in Naples. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was about as good as you can get without having someone cook to order. There was one guest complaining excessively about the star rating, but it sounded like a whole lot of nit pickiness to me. There are some high end hotels around, but if you want super fancy, stay on the Amalfi coast and have fun...

For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the arse of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!"

"We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. "Awesome stay at POETICA hotel. I would certainly stay again. Only thing was the water in our shower was very low pressure and super cold. Other than that staff were amazing, breakfast was great and location was very ideal. We didn’t need to take a taxi or car ride anywhere as everything was in walking distance including the port. We loved it here! "
