"Can’t recommend this place highly enough, great location and whilst staff not on site, respond swiftly to queries on the WhtsApp number. Located near the Spanish quarter and Castello Nuovo, it’s a great place to explore from. Breakfast in the form of croissants is provided but there are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat local to it. Definitely recommended by us!"

"The best place to stay in Naples, very clean and newly renovated rooms, very near to Metro and Port, they had all the facilities in the room, air conditioner was cool, Alex helped us to checkin the hotel, very nice communication, he is so friendly, when we checked out we missed a ferry in Capri and Alex kept our luggage very safe till we came back, he treated us so well. From the hotel Amalfi coast Capri ports are so close.I would definitely 100% recommend this place if u are staying in Naples."

The breakfast is great, Adriana, the lady works preparing food, is fantastic, she got things ready in early morning. "What a great option for a short stay in Naples. Clean and fresh and small balcony. Right across from the port of you are planning on trips to Capri and Amalfi. Great check in with Antonio who made it easy and all virtual. We had dinner around the corner at La Lazzara… perfect Naples pizza and nice breakfast spots out front. Also, really close to the Naples castle. Good value."

For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the arse of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!"

"The room was super clean and very close to the port. Only a 5 min walk . I didn’t explore the area much due to jetlag. Check is a little weird as they are privately owned condos so you have to wait for the owner to come let you in. To get out the building I didn’t know there was a release door button not common in America so that was a learning curve after about 10 min of panic thinking I was stuck inside "

"Awesome stay at POETICA hotel. I would certainly stay again. Only thing was the water in our shower was very low pressure and super cold. Other than that staff were amazing, breakfast was great and location was very ideal. We didn’t need to take a taxi or car ride anywhere as everything was in walking distance including the port. We loved it here! "
