Nestled above Roquebrune-cap-martin, France, the modern and beautiful villa "La Concorde" offers a tranquil and sunny escape. This two-story vacation rental, built in 2023, boasts a terraced garden spanning 2,000 square meters, complete with a fenced wildlife area and lush trees. Unwind by the seasonal swimming pool (available from May 1 to October 31) with an alarm system, or indulge in outdoor activities like boules and tennis on the private court. Stay connected with internet WiFi and enjoy ample parking for up to three cars.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds "La Concorde." The villa's private outdoor space features a terraced garden spanning a generous 2,000 square meters, fenced for privacy and adorned with a delightful array of trees and wildlife. Unit Layout
This 6-room villa spans an impressive 240 square meters and boasts a south-facing position, ensuring ample natural light throughout the day. The comfortable and modern furnishings create an inviting ambiance, with a spacious living/dining area that features a TV and a cozy wood-burning stove. The living area seamlessly transitions to a terrace, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. On the main floor, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, also offering direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities for a delightful culinary experience. The kitchen also leads out to the terrace and swimming pool area.

Amenities Included
The villa is outfitted with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning and electric heating are available throughout, allowing you to maintain the perfect temperature year-round. The upper floor features three additional bedrooms, each with its charm and individuality. One room has a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and access to a balcony overlooking the south-facing position. Another room accommodates four beds (90 cm x 200 cm), complete with a hand-basin and a separate WC. The third upper-level bedroom offers a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and also leads out to a balcony with a southern exposure. A second bathroom is located on this floor, providing added convenience. The villa can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests across its four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Other Information
The villa boasts a large 50 square meter terrace with a south-facing position, offering a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and alfresco dining. Terrace furniture is provided, allowing you to soak in the marvelous views of the sea, mountains, swimming pool, and the beautifully landscaped garden.
