Sheets had stains on them booked a non-smoking room but the room smelled like someone had been smoking two packs a day in there for years even had an ashtray in the room. Wi-Fi was horrible and the water is hot hot only no cold or anything else, so showers were almost too hot hot bare.
I got relocated from work the following day I was there. I purchased a weeks stay for work and canceled immediately after I was relocated. The lady said she didn't have access to the website so she said she would see. After I left, no answer through text and no answer through phone. I recommend not to book to save a couple of dollars
Was non-smoking room and smelled like smoke, even had an ash tray. Sheets on bed were dirty enven though bed was made. I won't tell you what 'trash' was found under the sheets. Worst hotel in my 30 years of travel.
The room was very dirty. We slept on top of the sheets because we suspect that they didn't bother to change the sheets from the previous roomer. The bathtub was extremely stained, the outside edges of the room's carpet were thick with dust. The coffeepot hadn't been emptied, and there was hair on the tray that the coffee pot was sitting on. I rarely complain, but this was unreal. We had to knock on the desk 3 times before someone came to check us in, and it was only 8:00 at night.
This was the only available hotel that was reasonably priced. They couldn't find my reservation, the door key didn't work and the room was dirty. I will not stay here again

You Get What You Paid For...
I reserved a room for 3 nights, it was suppose to be a room with king-size bed, it was a double, also the ad states free breakfast, no breakfast is served there... finally there is the "hot" water for your bath/shower, well it was above warm, but not hot, and i had the whole block of rooms in that section to my self, which makes me wonder if others were staying there would I even had any hot water.... but, the heater/a-c worked good and had a small fridge which was convenient, cable TV, which made it tolerable. like I stated in my title, I got what I paid for.
The lady at the desk gave us card keys for room 62. The latch was locked which lead us to believe that room was taken. So I had to request another room.
The lobby was nice. The clerk was nice and overall check in seemed great. On the way to room, there were potholes in parking lot bigger than my car. In the room, I saw bugs walking across the floor. The shower looked like someone had smeared feces on the walls... On closer inspection it was paint... guessing it was a poor attempt to add style... When I went to check out, the office was locked (7:00 AM). Searched the internet for a phone number and called... Reached a "reservation hotline"... They couldn't help because I didn't have my confirmation number... I was trying to check out, didn't think to have my confirmation number... finally drove away without checking out and getting zero balance sheet that I normally recieve...

Better than expected.
Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should. I found it better than some other reviews lead me to believe.
The only thing good about the hotel was the service. The room was not as advertised, the smoke detector was sitting on the counter, the bathroom was nasty, the shower was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable.

Door handle to room was broken. Hotel told me about it upon arrival. Took five minutes to enter the room .
Dead COCKROACHES!! 3 of them in tub and bathroom. In a $95 a night room. It was obvious that the room had not been serviced for a while. At least their pest control was working. Low occupancy - now we know why.
