"I cannot recommend this place enough. I came with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and we got a room on the top floor that was brand new and had a spectacular view with the town of Skiathos being visible and also the mountain side. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially both Katarina’s and Kelly, who are the ladies you encounter the most. Every surface seemed to be cleaned daily so the whole place looked spotless and new. They even mop the floors outside....

"Great one night stay at Hotel Mato. Traditional old Greek house where the lady owner was so helpful and friendly. We had a room at the top of the house (up a spiral staircase) which had a spacious balcony with amazing views of the port. Lovely traditional Greek breakfast. The location is fantastic for Skiathos old town and the ferry port. Would recommend (as long as you like cats - she has tons them! ) "

"Nice property with an amazing view from the terrasse, very friendly and helpful hosts. Access is uphill with very steep roads, you need a car to get there, powerful and ideally automatic! Kitchen equipment was minimal in our unit, but we didn’t plan on cooking, so it was not an issue."

"First trip to Greece and to Skiathos. Blue Horizon was excellent specially the people running it the place. Friendly, polite cannot praise enough how welcoming this family made us feel. "The girls at Mimoza were absolutely amazing. Even though this time we only got to spend one night in Skiathos as we were visiting another island the staff made us feel more than welcome. They kept our luggage and allowed us to use a bathroom after check out as our flight was leaving later in the day. Couldn’t fault this place honestly, it’s spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and it’s located within walking distance from all the amenities."

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
