Absolutely love the place everything was clean , the lady at the reception desk was amazingly kind and answered all our questions we would definitely stay here again didn’t take advantage of the spa, but everything else was incredible !

The hotel is well situated, close to the centre of Monopoli. Hotel is clean, Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downfall is parking. Street parking is hard to find at times and you need to be a pro at parallel parking, especially when n very tight spots.

The room was clean and spacious. Welcoming staff. 5 min to historical center and 10 min to train station. The front desk was staffed only during checking until 18. But easy to get in touch with staff if necessary. Extra payment to use the sauna.

We booked for 5 days and were very happy with the place. It was very centrally located and everything was brand new and fresh. Simple breakfast but met our needs. We can definitely recommend the place and we will come back again.

New and very nice and clean rooms. Located with easy parking on the streets for free. Breakfast is good. Service: we were met with “late check in” fees that Hotels.com did not mention, and the most ridiculous was that we arrived 20:05 and the receptionist was still there and had to pay 20 euro for the 5 min late check-out. Not the best service I have met…. Room 201 very noisy (from street and the breakfast area) - we had to buy our own earplugs.

Die Lage ist super, 500 Meter und die Altstadt fängt an. Kostenloser Parkplatz wenn man 5-10 Minuten Geduld hat und 1-2 x um.den Block fährt. Zimmer gut, Balkon könnte Markise vertragen. Frühstück sehr gut für ein italienisches B+B! Preis Leistung 👍

O hotel é moderno, tudo novo e de boa qualidade. Excelente chuveiro e roupa de cama. A cama era um pouquinho dura para o nosso costume, mas tudo foi de primeira. O café da manhã era farto e completo, o que é um diferencial na Italia que costumam servir somente doces. A localização do hotel é perfeita, fora do centro histórico mas a poucos instantes de caminhada.
