"A very clean and comfortable hotel with extra amenities like bathrobes a.s.o. The breakfast was extraordinary good. There was also a spa that we didn`t use. The only minus was that the parking was really hard to find since one had to drive around the quarter and there where also other parking garages, which didn’t belong to the hotel. "I have never been to a more beautiful boutique hotel. I was genuinely sad to leave. I took pictures of everything, all the fine design details, gorgeous, decorations, beautiful tiling. If you have a love of beautiful spaces, stay here. It smelled so herbal. The gardens were lovely. And you are in a central location for all things Tihany."

"What a great place to relax. After the bustle of Vienna, this cozy inn nestled in a quite neighborhood was just what we needed to unwind. It's quirky in a great way. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was awesome and the room was roomy."

"We really enjoyed our time at this property, thank you. I think there is great value overall. The balcony was really relaxing and our room was spacious. The grounds are really well kept and there are lots of seating and room for guests to enjoy. We really appreciated the small bathtub put in our room for our baby. Very nice attention to detail. We also enjoyed the wine tasting. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and it’s a nice touch to not only try wines from the area but also to mingle with others. If I’m being honest, my husband and I felt the food is overpriced. We had lunch once and dinner once for two which totaled over $220 with no alcohol (the dinner price is fixed and lunch consisted of chicken tenders, a sandwich and fries). Dinner is a buffet and à la carte combo. I may be the minority here but the buffet food and aspect cheapened the costly dinner experience as we felt the à la carte part was the tastiest and freshest. Would’ve rather had the ordering menu and had a glass of wine included in the price. The cost of the food and the cost of the room was just a bit odd to us."

"Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I guess. IMHO, the parking in the facility should be included for hotel guests, but in Europe, everybody is trying to make extra charge. I don't think hotel of this level needs to penny-pinch on parking. Please continue to maintain these high standards in today's hard times and we will be back."
