Relax (sauna) in a centuries-old half-timbered house, idyllic a. D. Rur in the middle of Altstadt

Haus Luzi is an age-old half-timbered house in picturesque Monschau. Idyllic on the Rur and in the middle of the historic old town! Through a beautifully crafted oak door you step back in time and immediately forget the hectic pace and stress of everyday life. Ferienwohnung Bo is located on the 1st floor and is a small but cozy 2-person furnished apartment. No "bliepjes", but cozy chatter. No screens, but pleasantly put together a card, play old-fashioned monopoly or read an exciting book. Or cook together nicely (on the 2-burner induction cooker) in the small but cozy kitchen (at least if you haven't been tempted by one of the many cozy restaurants or "Konditoreien" in Monschau). Not only is everything scottish and crooked, but it is also clear that the people used to be a lot smaller. The ceilings are already low, but sometimes you really have to stoop to get from one room to the other! The senses are caressed both in Monschau and in the beautiful nature. Tired but satisfied when I got home? Allow the muscles to relax in the sauna (infrared cabin) and then fall asleep with the noise of the Rur in the background! Sometimes as a nice, quietly babbling brook, sometimes as a wild, wild river. In the morning you wake up with (or through!) the smell of delicious freshly baked bread. The baker is literally around the corner. The world-famous "Rotes Haus" can be admired from the rooms. In short: Haus Luzi is a perfect base to completely unwind! Also ideal for eg a visit to Aachen, to walk some parts of the Eifelsteig or to do other sporting activities in the wonderfully beautiful National Park De Eifel, to sniff culture or to visit the cozy, atmospheric and busy Christmas market of Monschau. Without having to walk extra meters, you can roll in your wonderful double bed (or the sauna) afterwards! We want you to have a relaxed and unforgettable time!
