This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Flurgeländer wackelt und müsste repariert werden. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war gut, ebenso die Küche. Die Deckenventilatoren im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern garantieren eine angenehme Nachtruhe. Ein Sonnenschirm im Garten wäre gut gewesen. Es fehlte der Sonnenschutz und der Garten war mit vielen nicht brauchbaren Dingen an der Gartenmauer und um den Grill zugestellt. Gut war auch, dass man fußläufig nah im Ort, Supermarkt und Restaurants war. Am Strand war zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten.

La maison est conforme au descriptif de l annonce.Tres grande maison avec un beau jardin.De tres belles pieces,une tres grande chambre avec salle de bain attenante.Un vrai plus. Il manquait un parasol ,pour manger le midi sur la terrasse ainsi qu un ou deux transat pour profiter du jardin.personnellement ,je trouve que le matelas est un peu dur.Verifier avant la location,l ouverture de la piscine qui devait etre ouverte a notre arrivee et qui malheureusement ne l etait pas.Ce qui en parti a motiver notre reservation.la plage n etait pas a 400 m comme indiquee sur l annonce mais a bien 1km.Ce qui veut dire que si vous n etes pas vehicule ,cela pose un probleme.Une demi heure de marche en pleine chaleur avec sacs de plage et ou enfant et chien cela est un peu complique.
