superb facility in nature

I rented this facility because I wanted to be in a quiet location, in nature, where I could write. This was absolutely perfect.

The property owners were a pleasure to communicate with. The unit was clean, and had great water pressure… The only downside which had us leaving early was the lack of AC (air conditioning). Although they did provide portable fans, the August heat made it unbearable to sleep without AC in the unit.

Pros: Lovely setting. Spacious unit. Great views of Mont Tremblant. Free shuttle to the village. Clean. Comfortable beds, plush comforters and luxury linens. Appropriate amenities for family of five. Prompt, general responses from staff, but not very courteous. Cons: depending on the unit, many steps to get to the front door; elderly and disabled might have a hard time. Pillows are large and hard, bring your own if seeking softer support.

Loved this unit! It was clean and much more spacious then we anticipated! The highlight for us was the wood burning fireplace and the resident Deer that showed up daily to our patio who actually let us give it a pet and gave us some kisses in return. Made the trip! The proximity to town is fantastic and walkable if needed but the shuttle service is also a very convinient option. Overall a great stay and I look forward to booking again!

The property was great for our family of 6 stay. It was a bit dated but still served our needs. Location, it was a lovely walk to the ski village. The pathway hill was sometimes too steep for my 73 year old mother but she managed with assistance. Anne at check-in was fabulous, very helpful and friendly. Anne also helped make this trip a little extra special for our family as this would be our final vacation with my terminally ill mother. Thank you!! Overall we throughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again.

-Dirty sheets: no one was able to come and help due to understaffing. Sheets were provided the next day. -Back doors did not open properly -2 stove tops out of 4 did not work -Included fire logs not on site. Were brought the next day

Property was not very clean. The table was sticky, there was no soap or trash bags despite the expectation that it is left clean. The bathrooms were not super clean either. The amenities were not available for use, despite my sending multiple emails. The price is way too high for the value of this place. I would not recommend.

Great views, within walking distance of the village or a shuttle was available. Didn't know or was informed check in was not on site so ir took about 40mins of driving around to figure it out. The check in is at Chateau Beauvallon

Fabulous location. Communication was so-so. We booked through Expedia and never received information for checking in prior to the stay. We had to go back to the original booking and call them. Not many amenities in the condo but RVMT provides coupons and all sorts of free passes and maps. They are excellent. The property itself is a little dated in decor. Ground floor so not much view but very large unit. Lovely large dinner table seats 6 comfortably!
