"Had an issue with the AC but they managed to accommodate me in another room !! They offered me another night half price but I asked for late checkout instead!! Also gave me freed breakfast.. Staff is willing to help"

"This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand. "The property is old and not well maintained. I booked and paid for a beach view room and had nothing but roofs to look at."

"i travelled with a group of tourists from the US. we had no wifi apparently because of bad weather so we give them the benefit of the doubt. its clean, spacious. my group enjoyed it."
