Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Love the house and space was perfect for us. The stocked coffee bar was a bonus. Loved getting up and having my coffee on the porch staring at the ocean and so convenient to be able to walk to town. We will definitely book again :)

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

Fantastic location, easy process

We had a great week in Montauk. You are not only right off the beach, but you end up having a large section of beach to yourself most days. The house is easy to access, has plenty of queen size beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen / cooking arrangement worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Ample room for everybody, exactly what you'd expect from a beach house in Montauk. A sense of history with the house and comfort-- nothing too precious and what we needed. Kitchen was big with great pots and skillets, view was great, beach chairs super comfy and the porch was the icing on the cake!

Great location!

Great location across the street from the ocean. People living behind the property were very helpful. Just a little disappointed that we didn't receive a supply of coffee for our stay. We have always been given coffee at every place we have rented.

Wonderful space in a perfect location

My wife and I enjoyed the down time with walks on the beach with the beagles while my young-adult daughter and her boyfriend liked the walking distance to Montauk. We had a great half-day fishing trip too and the weather was spectacular! Can't give it six stars so settled for five. ;)

Fourth time. Clean. Has everything! Beach stuff. Bikes. Great kitchen with every pot and pan you need. Clean barbecue. Can go on and on.

Family Get Together Over 4th Of July

Quaint house with great location (and views) across the road from beautiful beach. Three of the five bedrooms are quite large with fireplaces and sitting areas. One is average sized and one is small. All of the bedrooms have their own 3/4 bath except the small bedroom off kitchen which has access to 3/4 bath near by. The kitchen is large and well equipped. House comes with beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes which we used a lot. Only issues with house are the bathroom door off kitchen is swollen and doesn’t close. Also, there is some noise from road in front of house but doesn’t offset the benefit of proximity to beach and wonderful view of ocean.
