"Overall, I had a good experience at ROW NYC. The staff were friendly, professional, and very service-minded, and any issues that arose during our stay were handled quickly and efficiently. The only downside was the elevator system, which was rather complicated and sometimes resulted in us ending up on the wrong floor despite selecting the correct one. Aside from that, we were satisfied with our stay."

"Good location. A tad busy since right off time square. The bathroom was amazing. The room itself was a little small. Hard to fit 2 people’s luggage but overall good hotel for a trip to nyc."

"What was the most important factor for me was that I arrived early and my room was ready. My check in process was quick and the gentleman that waited on me was so kind and showed professionalism throughout my process. I also enjoy the restaurants Revel, but the bar area was slow I believe they could use a few more bartenders. The Starbucks employees were the kindness people I have ever encountered in a Starbucks. All of them seem to love their job and customers were their priority. Definitely, the best group of Starbuck employees I have met. Overall, my stay was outstanding."
