"What a wonderful property. The staff is most excellent, very helpful, and worked well with us and our very broken Italian. The property is clean and bright and the restaurant is lovely. Breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
"I travel extensively for work and Italy is not easy to navigate as a native English speaker. Rita was very kind and helpful and made my stay in Italy memorable. I would definitely stay here again!"
"we had a very enjoyable experience, we had a great time during dinner in such beautiful environment, we had the pleasure of visiting with the owners, specially with Lorenzo who was very interesting and charming person, he made our experience happy and never to forget"
"The location is ideal, offering easy access to major landmarks while still providing a more tranquil, off-the-beaten-path feel. The interior is just as impressive, showcasing a blend of classic and contemporary touches that highlight the building’s charm"
"Nice location with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills.
Friendly and helpfull personel.
We had a big clean room, but the bed was n't that good.
Breakfast was ok and we loved the homemade strawberry cake.
However we thought that it was slightly overpriced.

"We booked this hotel only for a night as there was no availability for more nights. What a shame! What a beauty!
We wish we could stayed longer but will definitely be back. What a lovely place to stay ! "
"This place is something special. The garden is lush and peaceful, with a quiet beauty that instantly makes you breathe deeper. The pool is calm and inviting and perfect for slow mornings or warm afternoons. The rooms are cozy, well-equipped, and full of charm.
And the hosts? They make it all come alive. There’s a warmth and generosity here that’s hard to put into words. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, to reconnect with family, or to simply feel at ease among kind people, this is where you’ll want to be. There’s a gentle sense of care in everything, and it makes you feel right at home. I will carry this place in my heart!"

Independent panoramic villa / relax on the hills of Bologna
10/10 Excellent
"The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again."
