I was confronted by the staff, sworn at for not moving my car out of the way. He expected me to reverse back a narrow pathway we he has space to allow me to pass just a few feet away.
• The aircon is terrible.
• Swimming pool was out of use with no prior information about this.
• Breakfast is bad. Food was clearly not fresh, we were worried about getting food poisoning. How can you mess up a simple continental breakfast?
• Beds are uncomfortable.
• The room is sound insulation is very poor so I could hear a child crying all night.
• No laundry bag or laundry service available.
None of the amenities and services match a 5 star hotel. Charging more than €230 for this per night is a joke.
Not even complimentary water considering they are also in the middle of nowhere without shops nearby!
Have not enjoyed this experience one bit and staff are reluctant to do anything about improving the experience.
The property won’t even have a chat with you about the experience even if you complain. Stay away from this hotel
