Punta Nera villa is beautifully situated on the edge of a rocky peninsula on Monte Argentario with enchanting views of Porto Santo Stefano and the Maremma hills beyond. There is no pool.
In Porto Santo Stefano, 2km away there is a public swimming pool.
From the gardens of Punta Nera there is access to a small public stony beach. It is not well known to the public and is therefore quiet.
To one side about 20 steps lead down the cliff to a large terraced area which has a couple of sun beds. From here there are incredible, open views of the port town across the bay and to the other side the main land can be seen on clear days across the water.
There is also a second path down the cliff to the water edge. From the gardens, there are about 50 steep steps down the cliff face to the sea which surrounds the outcrop of land on which Punta Nera is located. There is some passing boat traffic so care needs to be taken in the water.
