Sanctuaire is a private garden oasis, tucked away in a sunny riverfront neighborhood. The fully enclosed yard, great for dogs and kids, is beautifully landscaped and is equipped with outdoor dining, gas grill, sauna and hot tub. Enjoy relaxing indoors and out, or walk to the river and the town of Monte Rio, less than a mile away.
The interiors are comfortable, clean and modern. The main cabin sleeps 4 people, with two bedrooms (one with a connected bathroom), a second bathroom, and an open living space complete with dining area, full kitchen, woodstove and living rooms with television.
The studio (no bathroom), with rich wood interiors and views of the garden, sleeps 2 more people on the twin daybed with twin trundle. The sauna is also located in the studio. The fully fenced property is private, and fully encases the studio and main cottage, making easy access between the cottage and studio.
Know Before You Book:
Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Sanctuaire is 6 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.
A Note About Our Cleaning Fees: Thank you for supporting our local business! When you stay with us, you are supporting local families at work. We think everyone deserves a decent living wage, and we make sure to set the rates and fees so that our cleaners and employees earn a living wage in beautiful Sonoma County. The cleaning fee goes directly to the cleaners and inspectors for their hard work in making sure our guests have a wonderful and welcoming space to call home for their stay.
Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles, one in the carport and the other on the street in front of the house. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
