"We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and during our stay the Air Conditioning In our room broke down and it didn’t get fixed. Also the breakfast was very simple and poor. Alt least the room was cleaned"

"Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards. "
