Completely embraced by the greenery of the surrounding countryside, Casa Angela is the ideal place to rediscover contact with nature in full well-being. Renovated and furnished in a style full of details and tricks that outline the taste and refinement of the hosts. Dominated by elegant shades of white, the furniture has been oriented in such a way as to emphasize the natural brightness of the house, enhanced by refined accessories for lighting. Every corner of the house has been studied and designed with essential shapes and volumes in order to make the individual spaces welcoming. Exposed wooden beams and bricks for the ceiling and light porcelain stoneware for the floors of all the rooms on the ground floor are the main finishes of the house, practical and essential.

Interior:
Casa Angela, on two floors, houses on the ground floor a living room with connected dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a utility room used as a laundry. Going up an internal staircase leads to the upper level occupied by the sleeping area where there are two double bedrooms, one with a large terrace overlooking the pool, a cozy sitting area and a bathroom with bathtub serving the two rooms. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Park:
The property is surrounded by a park that extends over 1.5 hectares. Not completely fenced, it is equipped with an automatic gate at the entrance. The park is dotted with various types of bushes and plants, hedges and tall trees. The area around the house is instead cultivated with lawn. From all the rooms on the ground floor you have direct access to the large porch of recent construction, furnished with table, chairs and a corner with sofas reserved for total relaxation for pleasant moments in the open air. The house overlooks a breathtaking hilly landscape.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.

Pool:
The swimming pool is located on a lower level than the house and can be reached via a small staircase consisting of 6 steps. Located in a panoramic position on the surrounding hills, it is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Rectangular in shape, it measures 5 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. The water purification is chlorine and its internal coating is in PVC. It is equipped with interior lights for the evening. The solarium area paved in wood measures 65 square meters. It is furnished with sun beds and umbrella and is equipped with a hot outdoor shower.

Pets: Yes, of small size. € 50.00 per animal per week to be paid locally. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
