Three nights stay with family. Had visitors from the USA for a family reunion. Exceptional services throughout the resort. Very clean comfortable rooms with many food options. Close to the village within walking distance. There are so many outdoor and indoor facilities for every taste and suitable for all ages. Many thanks for all staffs who made our stay so memorable.

A 5 star rated property that needs updating badly, room was rather shabby and not up to a 5 star standard, bathroom badly needed refurbishment and the room was excessively cold as the a/c was as old and the temperature couldn’t be altered, unfortunately it was cold at night we were unable to get any heat out of it. On a positive note the grounds and facilities were excellent and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, but boy does this property need a major renovation.

We love the pool, the hot tubs, the curling, the skiing and snow showing, the spa and massages and hot coco by the fire. Food is always amazing Perfect place for a relaxing weekend with the kids

The place is very nice obviously but it’s for the super rich. For us it’s once every 10 years or once in a lifetime. Completely exclusive of the average people and it’s not like the quality of food and services is that much superior to other hotels.

One thing that would be helpful for guests arriving on a Sunday is to let them know what is open on the weekends only such as the outdoor pool and the Papineau museum. Also having a menu for some basic items such as a pizza or burger would be a good idea. Thanks. We hope to be back in the fall

Love this unique ppty giant log structure with beautiful fireplace great room. One downside was not all rooms have been renovated lately and ours was tired. Beds great!
