Villa Ise with pool and magnificent view in Montefelcino, 25 km from the beaches of Fano and Pesaro

Villa Ise is located in a hilly position near Montefelcino, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the north of Le Marche region.
From the villa it is possible to reach the beaches of the Adriatic Sea with about 30 minutes by car and the coastal cities of Fano and Pesaro. A little further south you will find some of the most famous seaside resorts in the Marche: Senigallia, renowned for its velvet beach, and the Conero Riviera with its pearls Sirolo and Numana.
In the surrounding area you can visit cities and historic villages such as Urbino, a Renaissance city that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Fossombrone, Mondavio, Gradara and Acqualagna, along ancient streets with churches, museums, panoramic views and restaurants where you can taste the best typical dishes of the area.
Also not to be missed is a trip to the Furlo Gorge Nature Reserve and the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, where you will find unspoiled natural landscapes to explore through numerous paths for walking and mountain biking.
This villa enjoys an exceptional view of Le Marche hills and is surrounded by a large garden shaded by old trees.
A short path leads to the pool, situated on a natural terrace at a lower level than the house. From the pool you have a beautiful view that stretches from the sea to the Apennines with Monte Conero on the background. The pool has Roman steps and is equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
In the large porch on the ground floor, that covers the front of the building, there is a barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation area with armchairs.
In the garden there is also a Finnish wood-heated tub with 4/6 seats and a table tennis.
The villa has a private parking. The property can be accessed by a private gravel road.
Villa Ise is on two floors and can accommodate up to 13 people.
The villa has been carefully renovated by the owners, offering welcoming and comfortable rooms for a completely relaxing stay.
The ground floor consists of:
- a well-equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, oven, sink and dishwasher, fireplace and dining room, with direct access to the porch;
- large living room with fireplace and wood stove, with direct access to the porch;
- a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower (please note: images of the bedroom and bathroom will be added as soon as they are available).
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a third bathroom with shower serving the other two bedrooms.
The villa’s windows are equipped with mosquito nets, the rooms have fans.
On request it’s possible to add with extra charge up to 3 single beds in the bedrooms on the first floor.
The villa has a laundry room.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change on request; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
