Sono rimasto deluso dalla sistemazione, avevo prenotato un doppia superior e mi è stata data un doppia standard. Solo dopo 20 minuti di discussione con la reception, mi hanno dato la possibilità di vedere e scegliere tra le 2. Ormai ero già stufo e mi sono tenuto quella che mi avevano dato. Il personale di sala è poco attento ai clienti. Onestamente ho notato un certo senso di mancanza di professionalità. Non lo consiglierei ad altri.

Lovely hotel but the downfall was you had to pay €10’euros per person extra to use the swimming pool even if you were only there for a few hours they still expected you to pay the full amount

Struttura situata lontano dal caos, camere ampie e abbastanza confortevoli. Bella la spa. Punto debole proprio a voler trovare un difetto è la colazione, comunque buona.

Abbiamo prenotato due Junior suite e ci hanno dato due camere doppie superior dicendo che la colpa era che Expedia dava delle informazioni errate. Wi-fi non funzionante e alla fine pretendevano anche il pagamento in contanti dato che dichiaravano di non avere connessioni internet. Totalmente insoddisfatto!!!!

Breve viaggio in Campania

L'hotel Virginia ci ha già ospitati nel 2015 e nel 2016. Posso solo ribadire le considerazioni già scritte. E' un dignitoso 4 stelle che, però, necessita di qualche importante modifica per rientrare a pieno titolo in detta categoria. Sicuramente, il bagno va rifatto ex novo perché, benché tirato a lucido come la stanza, risente molto dell'età e dell'uso. Stessa considerazione per il materasso, almeno per la camera da me occupata, che è da sostituire necessariamente. Buono nel complesso lo stato della camera e degli spazi comuni. Gentile il personale. Decorosi i pasti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Posizione strategica vicino al Casello autostradale Avellino Ovest. Parcheggio gratuito .Camere ampie, letto comodo. Pulizia impeccabile. Forse la colazione non all' altezza di un 4 stelle. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

4 stelle sono troppe, è un buon 3 stelle. Alcune luci nei corridoi e in camera non funzionavano. La moquette ha visto tempi migliori e le numerose macchie non aiutano ad avere una buona inpressione sulla pulizia della camera. Anche in bagno abbiamo trovato alcune macchie non meglio identificate vicino al wc. Abbiamo scelto di avere la colazione in camera che è arrivata in 2 trance l’una a 20 minuti dall’altra mezza tazza di cappuccino fredda, burro non pervenuto, una bustina di zucchero. Dato che il servizio è a pagamento direi che bisognerebbe organizzarsi meglio. il personale presente di notte non conosce nè le policy per il check out nè le informazioni sulla spa ed infatti non abbiamo usufruito del servizio (che è un extra). Inoltre dalle 8 del mattino sino alle 9,30 altri educatissimi ospiti con numerosi bambini hanno organizzato una gara podistica in corridoio, e data la conformazione dell’hotel l’effetto nella nostra camera è stato quello di un terremoto. Il personale è intervenuto solo dopo varie sollecitazioni, per chi sceglie l’hotel per rilassarsi non è il massimo come risveglio.Con alcuni miglioramenti potrebbe essere davvero un 4 stelle.

Vi bodde en natt på hotellet som ett stopp på vägen till Neapel. Hotellet verkade vara inriktat på konferenser. Omgivningarna var inte något som förtjänade en egen resa. Det var gångavstånd till andra restauranger i samhället. Rummet var bra och rymligt och WiFi fungerade bra. Stor och bra gratisparkering framför hotellet. Frukosten var en besvikelse för oss som tycker att frukost är en viktig måltid. Det fanns exempelvis enbart rostat bröd. Hotellet ligger granne med Lidl så man kan springa över och köpa riktigt bröd om man vill.

Ottimo confort.....con ottimo prezzo..!!!!

La camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, ed anche buona la prima colazione. (però una sola persona in sala nel servire ha difficoltà ad accontentare tutti gl'ospiti presenti). Inoltre, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ovviamente il tutto ha un giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente per il mio lavoro ed anche in viaggio con la famiglia è da ritornarci.
