There are cats that try to come into your room, if the door is left open. They keep the critters down, so that is nice. Screens on the doors would help, but we will definitely go back!!

This is the most relaxing vacation I've been on. My boyfriend and I felt like we had unlimited privacy. we laid on hammocks on the water overnight and laid in the cabanas and weren't bothered. I love how photographers walk around asking if you want your picture taken, I purchased some of them! staff was lovely. I highly recommend making reservations for dinner in advance at the other sandals resort that you can take the bus to, we wanted to go to the steakhouse and they were booked for our last 3 days sadly. amazing trip!!

Have a a clear understanding of your room type and name. Also, I would request I need new sets of towels daily and request to change bedding every 3 days or more.

I liked the island cabanas. Staff was unfriendly in most cases. The staff held all the lounge chairs for special customers so we had no were to go to get out of the sun. I would not consider coming back. No real good beach.

Overall a good place to have a vacation

Well kept, very friendly and clean resort. Dining options very good as was the house wine. If you are short you will need to get steps to get into bed as it is absurdly high. Bedding felt a bit damp. However for us the good points out weighed the bad and we will return. Star attractions for us were the au natural beach and the Japanese restaurant. Service excellent everywhere. We had a room with butler who did as much as we wanted. Hotel does need renovating and food and drink quality not quite up to the hype.

The staff could not handle special requests very well. They seemed to be trained to only provide things that were “on the menu” and anything different was difficult for them.

Aneke who cleaned our room was fantastic, the wait staff and bartenders were superb. Two of our dinners were abhorrent because of the wait times to get served our food, but otherwise the food service was good to great. Check in, which should be easy given that we checked in online, took too long and was subpar. the Sandals Club did not make us feel special it too was subpar compared to other club lounges at other 5-star resorts. Lastly, while they were pleasant, the club concierge staff did the minimum with each request. Our dining reservations were better served by the gourmet experience staff not the club concierge. Lastly this resort needs a major renovation, just not up to par with their sister property in Montego Bay...

The service was fantastic. The resort felt a bit small, but I loved that there was an opportunity to spend time at both resorts. There was some construction at the resort. Not near my building, but there was some noise near the beach
