Property and staff were awesome. All of the ridiculous hidden fees?? Terrible. Charging guests a resort fee and a resort tax on top of the room rate is insane.

Hyatt Carmel Highlands
We were given a lower floor with obstructed view. What’s worse was the upper floor was stumping and making loud noises from 2 AM to 4:45 AM. Had no idea what he/she was doing that early hours.
