Everything went fine but you need a master degres to open the internet, why ? I'am not very good in spanish but I tried very hard tobe understand but they couldn't ? Or did not want too ? Anyhow, nobody spoke english and this a tourism place ? My cell was dead and they only I had to get the menu was with QR code, so I had to look at a receipt to see what was on it, could not understand nada, spaghetti I guess. But very nice place to stay and very polite staff, and certainly very very clean

The lady who clean my room was very professional and she did a great job during my stay. The gentleman at the Frontdesk his schedule was in the afternoon was very helpful and very nice. Beautiful hotel in the middle of a horrible neighborhood. Biggest problem was the internet. I couldn’t connect to google. I left after a overnight and left my reservation early as I had work also to do on my laptop. I couldn’t get a signal anywhere strong enough to send a email out.
