- Lovely and typical barn with air conditioning, which is now converted into a unhaphaengige accommodation on two Stoecke, (ground + 1 floor) in a part of the Chianti region, which is ideal to discover the most important historical sites. Siena 20 Km, 12 Km Chianti, Monteriggioni 4 km, Colle di Val d'Elsa 5 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Florence 40 km. Quiet location. The apartment is located on a gentle hill euf and is surrounded by a large fenced outdoor area overlooking uebers country. Country. In Community and easy remote is the swimming pool with overflow pool (6 x 12). Shared laundry room (washing machine). Shaded parking inside the Eigentuemes. Access via a small piece of unpaved road in good condition. It is possible to walk over the famous 'Francigena ROAD' .Komfortable device. Cot and high chair available. Central heating. Nice terrace and large lawn to eat outside.
