La proprietà si trova a ridosso della scogliera, immersa nel cuore della natura marina delle Cinque Terre. In alcuni periodi dell’anno, specialmente in primavera, le onde possono portare verso la costa le cosiddette Velelle (Velella velella), piccoli organismi marini simili a meduse, segno di un mare pulito e di un ecosistema sano. La loro presenza può talvolta generare un leggero odore organico nell’aria, del tutto naturale e non collegato alla pulizia della casa. Questo fenomeno è raro, passeggero e parte dell’autenticità dell’ambiente naturale in cui si trova la struttura.
