Staff is friendly. Room was clean but the sink was clogged up. We couldnt use it at all. Disappointing. Breakfas buffet needs more variety and to be replenished more often. Servers never came to our table. We were waiting for coffee for too long. Coffee was so good by the way.

It is undergoing maintenance, but the service at the restaurant is terrible, the noise is constant, front desk staff is polite but badly trained, the rooms are more like holiday inn express than the regular type, the water pressure is bad, towels are rigid, soap is bad. Habitación en buenas condiciones, lo único que podría comentar es que se eligió una habitación con balcón por una razón, la vista al parque, la sorpresa fue que si nos dieron habitación con balcón pero en primer piso y sin vista al exterior, fuera de eso todo normal.
