Great customer service, it was my first time there and staff was very nice, you're getting what you're paying so don't expect Marriott rooms, but still the property is pretty good and it's really a good price, definitely will come back sooner than later

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay The staff was absolutely amazing. Yes the rooms are on the small side however, the bed was freaking amazing. AC worked beautifully. There’s a little restaurant when you exit the front doors to the left that has fabulous breakfast food, including pancakes. And right across the street there’s a chicken place that has chicken Asada that is phenomenal to get to Central Monterey. All you need is 15 pesos to ride the bus overall I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

Cuando llegue me cobraron 300 pesos más para entrar antes a la habitación eso me parece bien pero no me informaron que estaban reparando algo y no dejaron de martillar en toda la tarde! Se oían muchos golpes sin para, imposible descansar, me tocó la habitacion de abajo y las recamareras no paraban de hacer ruido y de hablar fuerte entre ellas y nos despertaron por la mañana siguente. Le informamos a la persona de la recepción y me dijo voy a tomar nota pero no hicieron nada! Ni una disculpa y un detalle ni nada, eso fue lo peor que no hagan nada después de informar las molestias. No volveré ni lo recomendare.

Pésimo servicio, llegue antes de tiempo al hotel motivo por el cual me dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible si no hasta las 3 de la tarde a lo cual en ningún hotel me había sucedido, pedí que si había la posibilidad de que estuviera uno antes de las 3 ya que estaban saliendo personas y dejando llaves de las habitaciones y me comentó que no, por que se tenía que preparar etcétera, entiendo eso, pero ahí maneras de decir las cosas y también de tratar a tus clientes como prioridad a lo cual el encargado en su momento no conocía por lo visto, así que decidi cancelar y me dijo que si sin problema, por lo menos en eso si fueron buenos.

Habitación con muy poco espacio,sin ventanas, aire acondicionado en malas condiciones hacia un ruido de un grillo que no dejaba dormir, gimnasio sin aire acondicionado y los aparatos no funcionan, no hay servicio de cafetería y el desayuno continental era un pan y café mejor que no pongan nada,se encuentra en el área rosa de la ciudad.
