Room was clean and spacious with great views , not enough bedding and had to remind them to bring it up. When we asked about the pool opening times, we were looked at quite blankly and then told that it was out of service (one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). Breakfast was as expected ...

Our experience was excellent. As a family of five, we were extremely satisfied with the service and overall stay. We would especially like to thank Sarah, who was very helpful and welcoming upon our arrival. Her assistance made a positive difference to our visit. We highly recommend!
