Home away from home.

It was great! I came in town for a family funeral. This is my first visit to the town of Monticello that required a hotel stay. I was a little skeptical at first, but after staying at the Quality Inn, I'm no longer a skeptic. It was very clean and tidy. The refreshed my towels and some toiletries for me. It was like home away from home.

staff was very friendly, front office and breakfast area, very nice, and clean. the room was a different story, wall mounted head board was falling off the wall, bathroom has not been updated since the 70's, blue toilet is turning green from years of use, shower tile is falling off.

Room was updated . Staff were friendly. The door on the cupboard with mini fridge wouldn’t shut. The ice machine on 2 did not work. Hallways were needing attention.

The staff was so nice, I drove from Kansas to Monticello, Arkansas. I literally went in over my ETA,but the staff was so helping and understanding. They made sure my room stayed secure I will definitely return on my next trip

Just WOW!

Extremely clean and EXTREMELY comforatable bed! Stayed overnight as we work 2 hours from home and can not say enough good things about this hotel. My only complaint, is that i had to be at work at 8:00am so i didnt get to sleep in and enjoy that super comforatable bed and pillows! My husband loved they actually had big tvs in the rooms ad well! Will definitely be back!

Very interesting crowd at this hotel. If I had not prepaid I would not have stayed! The clientel left to be desired. Noisy, bad company, I feared to fibd my truck oytside in the morning. The room was moderately clean, the staff was ok the shower was less than clean. Glad to put this place behind me.
