Charming house for 13 - pool - Dordogne

Welcome to this charming residence, located in Montignac, in Dordogne. You will be seduced by the authenticity and comfort of this house with 7 bedrooms. You will spend a suspended moment there, in the heart of a large wooded park in which a swimming pool and terraces blend in perfectly.



The swimming pool, unheated and surrounded by a wide terrace with sun loungers, is open from 7 May to 7 September.



Here, everything is designed so that everyone can find their privacy whilst sharing convivial moments. The rooms are spacious and comfortable: lounge, dining room and a very bright kitchen. This is independent and equipped (gas hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer), and provides you with everything necessary to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle as well as 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso).

On the sleeping side, the accommodation has 7 bedrooms:



On the 1st floor:

- Bedroom 1: has a double bed (160/200) and an adjoining shower room

- Bedroom 2: has a single bed (160/200) and an adjoining bathroom

- Bedroom 3: has a double bed (140/200) and an adjoining shower room

Bedrooms 1 and 2 overlook the balcony



On the 2nd floor:

- Room 4: has 2 single beds (90/190) - Room 5: has a double bed (140/200) and an adjoining shower room

- Room 6: has a single bed (90/190)

- Room 7: has 2 single beds (90/190) and a shower room on the landing



In total, 5 bathrooms, including 4 en-suite bedrooms as well as 3 separate toilets and 2 hair dryers complete the accommodation. For added comfort, you have a washing machine.



You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles in the private car park of the accommodation, including 2 under cover.
