3 km from Montignac, a detached 135 m² house in a hamlet. Ground floor: kitchen and dining area. First floor: living room with fireplace at the top of the stairs, then through a door, a hallway leading to three bedrooms: two double beds (140 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), with the option of a folding single bed (90 cm). There is also a bathroom with a toilet. From the hallway, a staircase leads to a garden-level bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet (with independent access). Oil-fired central heating. Enclosed 100 m² courtyard. Unfenced 4000 m² grounds with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, and a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided). Heating: €15/day, electricity up to 8 kWh/day, bed linen included. Towels: €10/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning: €140. Electricity beyond 8 kWh/day: €0.25/kWh. Pets (2 max): €4/day. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. Electric vehicle charging stations less than 3km from the cottage. Cottage with views of the Vézère Valley and the Thot hill, in a green setting. Heated saltwater swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Dimensions: 9x4m. Depth: 1m to 1.70m. Safety: automatic roller shutter cover with remote control. Access via stairs. The swimming pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th and heated to a maximum of 25°C for environmental reasons, except in cases of force majeure due to electrical issues.

Claudie and Bernard, retired after 45 years in business, and members of Gîtes de France since 2007, will welcome you to their former farm, where they will be delighted to share its history with you. Depending on the length of your stay, they will guide you to the most typical and unmissable sites in their region, including its gastronomy.

They have two gîtes for 8 people; this one is located in the commune of Montignac-Lascaux: 24G34118, and the other, 24G271171, is located in the commune of Auriac-du-Périgord, 5 km from Lascaux-Quatre, and therefore from Montignac-Lascaux.

Both are situated in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, with a private, secure, automatic salt-water swimming pool. It will be our pleasure to welcome you for the most enjoyable holiday possible.
