"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."

"Brilliant location and wonderful house. Welcome was bordering on rude, however, and booked room was "not available because of an error". Staff was not very solution-oriented. The only exception was the very smiling lady who attended the breakfast room."

"Overall very good experience! It was very hot so was hoping for a/c but there was none (I also did not check before booking). The restaurant was expensive so only used it for 1 breakfast which was ok. The staff were very accommodating with the use of 2 fans and a USB charger. Overall the stay was very good!"
