Ate supper at a small Chinese restaurant; very good all-you-can-eat buffet at a good price. It's near the hotel, but then we found out that we got 10% off coupon at the Quality Inn in-house restaurant, called JJ Winn's.

"Check-in was easy & very pleasant. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous! I love all the options at Choice Hotels! My only request would be the option for sugar-free syrup. Otherwise it was perfect!"

"stayed here as our sons wedding was at the Boathouse at Nettle lake which is also owned by Mike and Sue. they were very responsive to any questions we had they had a place for us to park our boat trailer. "Great location. Everything was just as listed shows. Very clean and all new inside. Enjoyed watching all the wildlife, fishing and going out on the paddleboat. Will definitely be returning. Host was great, easy to work with and quick to reapond."

The hotel is very large and I would say old. Pictures of the property do not show what the property really looks like. Definitely needs updating.

Didn't even go into Montpelier this time :) But Everytime I've been there, their Family Dollar was amazing!! And they have "Dollar Stops" since Dollar tree bought it, and now you get the BEST of all!!
