In the heart of the historic center, it is surrounded by museums, gardens, shopping centers, located restaurant, parks and markets.
200 meters from the Place de la Comédie and 50 meters from the tramway. By car, you are 5 minutes from the beaches and 25 minutes if you take the tram.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building does not have an elevator. So there are two floors to climb.
